Registration

01: Basic registration

One-time registration is a quick way for participants to register for a temporary account. The only information that the user has to provide is their name, surname, and e-mail address. After logging out, the profile is suspended. If a participant wants to turn his/her account into a permanent account, he/she can fill in the profile information and create a password for further access to the ATTEND.ONE platform.

02: Advanced registration

Advance registration is provided via the registration platform mitto.me. The registration platform allows you to create multiple different registration forms with an individual setup and logic for different participant categories. Each form can have its own layout, statistics and notification logic.

03: Invitations via e-mail

Using the mitto.me platform, the event organiser can invite participants to your event via e-mail invitation. You can create multiple e-mails in the e-mail library, as well as personalise and customise them via HTML editor. Also, you can add CC, BCC, auto-reply features, dynamic content, attachments, and much more to your e-mails. If the receiver`s e-mail client does not block tracking features, you can follow up on the read status and time.

04: Reminder e-mails

In the mitto.me e-mail library, you can create multiple e-mail templates that you can send to participants before, during and after the event. You can create, sort and send e-mails from your mitto.me admin profile, and check if participants have received them.

05: Payment integration

Mitto.me registration platform supports multiple payment modules, including but not only Stripe, PayPal, which can be used simultaneously. We can also integrate your own payment processing system. Therefore, participants are able to choose which payment method they want to use, automatically paying for participation by credit/debit card or by bank transfer based on an automatically generated (and sent to the participant`s e-mail) invoice right after registration.

Content

06: Main feed

The main feed is the landing page for the ATTEND.ONE user`s profile that the participant is redirected to after he/she has logged in. The main feed contains posts of event organisers, sponsors, and all participants and expo pages that the user has chosen to follow. It can also contain a heads-up page video feed, poll/quiz, and Twitter feed of the event`s hashtag. With the BASIC and FULL bundle option, you get additional options such as access to the expo stage, full agenda, and others.

07: Video panels

Video panels are sections with an included embedded video live stream. There can be multiple simultaneous video panels that contain either live stream or pre-recorded video. Livestream can be added later as a recorded video for the replay option. Video panel also offers individual statistics of visitors and commenting, polls, ask question features that can individually be switched on/off; BASIC and FULL bundle options have the option to assign agenda entries to video panels, making switching between agenda events easy and based on the agenda schedule. Recommendation notifications can be automatically sent to users watching the Livestream, for example, 5 minutes before the end of the stream.

08: Agenda

Agenda is a full event schedule with time slots, attached speakers, containing the description, files, and other information. In the Agenda section, it is easy for participants to switch between upcoming agenda entries in multiple stages, read the descriptions, set them up as favourites (not available in LIGHT version). An administrator can mark specific agenda events to be displayed in the participant`s calendar, even if the participant has not selected it as a favourite.

09: Statistics

Administrators and content administrators can access information on attendance of the event, statistics on participant engagement (such as comments, posts, likes, shares, etc.), page views, and other useful information. Expo page administrators can access detailed statistics about their Expo page, just like video panel moderators have access to exact video panel statistics.

10: Participant profile

A participant profile is unique for each participant, who can add additional information, upload cover and profile pictures, and tailor their personal information, such as company name/title/social network links/etc. so that other participants can find them more easily. Participants can also adjust their privacy, interaction, notification, gamification, and other settings.

11: Speaker section

Speaker section is a separate page for displaying participants with a separate category – speaker only, so other participants can get acquainted with the speaker line up. Speakers can be filtered by tags and/or agenda events that they will attend.

12: Favorites section

In the Favourites section participants can keep all the prioritised and customised content that they like. Participants can set up and filter favourite groups such as - participants, agenda entries, favourite expo pages.

13: Advertisement block

Right column contains a customisable advertisement block where event organisers, partners`, sponsors`, supporters`, as well as friends` logos and designated website links can be displayed. Administrators can access the statistics of each individual advertisement, such as the count of expositions (i.e. page views).

14: Personal calendar

In the personal calendar section, participants can view their upcoming bookings for private meetings with Expo page participants and upcoming agenda events that were marked as favourite or pushed by event organisers. There is also an option to synchronise calendar entries with the participant’s device for more convenience.

15: Social network integration

For content diversity, main feed posts can be automatically fetched from Twitter by using the specific event`s #hashtags. Due to security, trolling and flooding reasons, the content administrator must approve synchronised tweets. Specific Twitter accounts can also be whitelisted, so their tweets with selected hashtags are automatically approved for the main feed.

16: Expo section

Expo section is a separate section in the platform, as a catalogue for company pages, where companies can create their virtual expo stands. These companies assign multiple participants that can create a post on their products and services, engage with their target audience, and display their company information. Expo page administrators can add video streams and/or polls to their wall of posts, attach presentations and other files, etc. Page owners can create a schedule for one-on-one or group online meetings, which other participants can apply to. If companies are event sponsors, they can be awarded extra features, such as pushing their posts on the participant’s main feed as sponsored posts, etc. Each expo page can have its own limit set for the amount of these extra features.

Engagement

18: Comments

Every participant can write comments under other participants’ posts or in the video section. Every comment is automatically filtered for blacklisted keywords and can be moderated manually by a moderator or administrator. The administrator has the option to delete comments if the comment violates event rules, as well as mute or permanently ban the participant.

19: Questions

Every participant can ask questions in the video panel. Administrators can choose whether questions are public or private. Public questions are displayed between comments with a question mark, whereas private questions are only visible to the administrator or moderator who can ask the speaker and then delete or mark them as addressed.

20: Video section polls

Moderators and administrators can create multiple polls for video stages, with a specific timestamp for displaying. The content of every stage poll can be different. All polls can be created before and during the event. It is possible to collect answers to polls privately or display them in a summary for participants.

22: Chat

It is a great way to bring participants together, arrange private meetings within the system, send other participants private questions, and just chat with one another. Participants can chat with each other or Expo page owners in one-on-one chats or group chats. Important note! We take data privacy seriously and all chat communication is stored encrypted.

23: Follow - add to favorites

By following other participants, each participant can create a group of people that is easy to access from the favourite section in the system. Participants can also follow Expo pages and exact agenda events. Posts from participants and Expo pages that the user is following are displayed on their main feed.

24: Tagging

Tags are an important way to structure an event`s content. Agenda events can be tagged with specific topics and Expo page owners and users can select tags they are interested in, so other participants can find them more easily and see if their interests align. Tags can be created colour-coded, multi-directional in three levels, which means that you can specify, for example, if you are interested in a provider.

25: Gamification

Gamification is a fun way to keep participants engaged while competing during an event. Participants can earn points for various things such as writing a comment, watching videos, following participants, and much more. For every preset milestone, participants receive a unique ‘achievement unlocked’ badge, and the total participant score is displayed on the scoreboard. All badges, achievement goals, point amounts, images, and titles can be customised for every event. Important note – participants must give consent to take a part in a gamification activity or be displayed in the high scores table.

26: Suggestions

Using advanced tagging, participants can get automated suggestions on agenda time slots, expo stands, and other participants. By using suggestions, it is easier to bring participants together. Example - participants from the same field of work, or expo stand with similar products. If events have defined multi directional tags, the system offers recommendations for the provider/buyer, instead of two providers or two buyers. Important note – as stated in the GDPR, participants must give consent to take a part in automated profiling.

27: Notifications

Users are notified of when they are being followed by other participants, receive replies on posts or comments, receive gamification badges, receive a private message, and more.
