Development of (or improvement of an existing) event identity, logo and main event design elements, background for digital communication, screens, presentations etc. Communication with identity developers, identity confirmation management with the client.

Full-service social media (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) communication strategy development. Including digital communication campaign setup, auditory targeting, implementation and data analysis. After the event - detailed report production.

03: Media relations / PR / Event advertisement

Full-service media relations management - development of media plan, press releases, media outreach, press trips, media engagement, interviews (e.g. with sponsors, key speakers etc.), media accreditation. Full-service event advertisement campaign development and implementation. Possible to create separate media registration and a media corner during the event.

04: Homepage development / Content management / 3rd party coordination

Website design and development. Includes hosting, content development and implementation. Possible to create a new website or update an already existing one. It can involve very simple solutions or a multi-functional website with built in databases etc.

05: Project management / Technical production / 3rd party coordination

Full-service project management - includes understanding client goals and needs (and budget) and finding the most suitable solutions. Also includes all technical production (stage, technical equipment and services) and all 3rd party coordination. And most importantly, the coordination of all technical staff during the event (set up, rehearsal, event, take down).

06: Sponsorship sales and partner marketing

Sponsorship programme and the most suitable package development. Direct sales and pitching, full-service sponsor and partner communication, related legal and administrative procedure management. After the event - report production.

07: Content development

Event programme and content development. Selection of the event content development team (tasks - communication with client and possible speakers regarding the programme and necessary content). Ensuring that content reaches clients’ goals, and that the programme is dynamic and non-repetitive.

08: Development of the Speakers' / Moderators' proposal

Event speaker and moderator selection, booking and management. Includes legal and administrative procedure management if necessary.

09: Speakers' / Moderators' communication and management

Communication with event speakers, logistics (e.g. travel and accommodation), technical information (rehearsal, technical suggestions), presentation management. Presentation management includes guidelines for the presentation, collecting them before the event, technical and visual check-up, as well as delivery to the client after the event.

10: High level officials' communication and management

High level officials' (VIP') communication and management, logistics (e.g. travel and accommodation), technical rider (special requirements), necessary etiquette and presentation management. Communication mostly goes through 3rd parties (personal assistants, offices etc).

11: Onsite event show caller management

Show caller is responsible for hosting and coordination of the technical rehearsal of the event and detailed execution of the event scenario. Also ensures that the programme goes smoothly without any delays. Makes on the spot last-minute decisions if necessary.

EVENT TECHNICAL SERVICES

12: Venue rental services / Management

Selection of the most suitable venue for a hybrid event, suitable for the studio/stage setup. Full-service communication, legal and administrative procedures related to rental of the venue. Consultation and communication with the client to ensure the best value for money.

13: Stage scenography design and implementation

Development of custom-made stage concept and scenography / 3D sample development, including furniture selection, decorative elements of the venue etc. Implementing the visual identity of the event in scenography (using colours, branding elements, logos etc.). If necessary, includes partner/sponsor branding in the scenography.

14: Filming and live streaming production / Technical crew

Selection of video director. Video production - video concept development, location and camera setup, framing, motion testing etc. A qualified and experienced technical crew is a must!

15: VJ services

Development of event video scenography, screen graphics, backgrounds etc. VJ services during rehearsal and the event. VJs are live performing artists that offer visual elements for events, which adds to the overall experience for the audience, making events much more memorable and exciting.

16: Sound and light design / Implementation / Technical crew

Sound and light design production, setup and testing in cooperation with the event scenographer and video director. Sound and light engineer services during rehearsal and the event. A qualified and experienced sound and light technical crew is a must!

17: Online live streaming solutions / Technical crew

Selection of filming and live streaming technical crew. Video mixing and graphics, sound supervision and audio mixing, all necessary broadcast equipment, resources and protocols for successful live streaming. Streaming production and testing (choosing best streaming protocol and back-up plan). A qualified and experienced streaming technical crew is a must!

18: General rehearsal / Technical and online solution tests

Detailed technical rehearsal of the event. Mandatory individual tests for speakers online and onsite (personalised time schedule communication with all involved). Technical rehearsal - primary and secondary internet connection testing, online communication platform and other integrated IT solution testing as well as sound, light, video, filming, livestream testing. Technical support team to supervise each online communication solution.

19: Technical equipment rental

Additional technical equipment rental based on the requirements and technical solution. Management of equipment set up and take down.
